Wow, sounds like you have a lot of stuff, hope you have a big car to pack it all.
Some tips…
Take plastic utensils and plates to avoid wastage,
Don’t forget to take some garbage bags to throw your stuff away,
Glow sticks are a good source of ambient light for your tent at night, they wont disturb your sleep, but will also avoid that utter darkness occurrence if you wake up in the middle of the night (you can buy disposable ones if you like),
You might want to bring an emergency blanket or two,
I’m guessing picnic tables will be supplied, so you should remember to dry anything (clothes) that get wet quick so you don’t leave them out over night,
Bring a swiss army or utility knife, you never know,
Heres a site with quite a few tips if you’re up for some reading…

I’ll add more later if i remember any more…
Have fun, and stay safe…
Lawn chairs
Marshmellows, Grham Crackers, and Chocolate.
Food and drink
Afterbite or other anti-itch cream
Baseball and gloves, or football
Bring drinking water
Bring a "Yard Guard" type of bug spray to spray around your camp site. My experience is this is a lot more helpful than the bug away candles.
Extra batteries
Sun lotion
If you are going to have a camp fire and flashlights you can leave the lantern at home.
There should be a pit for a fire with a grill at the campground so you won’t need to bring a BBQ grill. If your worried that the BBQ pit may be to dirty cover it with the foil you are bringing. Bring cooking spray and spray the foil right before you put the food on it so your food doesn’t stick to the grill.
You should be able to get wood at the campsite (buy it or find it on the ground). Buying it will be more expensive than bringing your own. You need to decide if you want to pay the extra money to save the hassle of bringing wood and save space in your car. I personally would leave the charcoal at home and just cook over the wood fire.
Make sure your first aid kit includes some basic medicines, like ibuprofen, something for upset stomach or indigestion, immodium or other diarrhea medicne. Its easy to pull a muscle, sprain an ankle, or get an upset stomach from eating camp food or just being overtired, and there’s nothing that ruins a camping trip faster than you or the kids being sick out in the woods.
i like to put down a floor mat outside my tent so i don’t track in as much dirt. i would also add extra batteries to your list. as for food. stick with the basics. chips, sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit, potable water, and condiments.
extra batteries, soap (liquid hand is not as messy as a wet bar of soap is.), radio (great for weather), kids games and or books, sunblock, bug spray, citronella candles
LOL you’re better prepared than my hubby lets me be….we get a change of clothes and toilet paper HA! Sorry I can’t be of more help. Maybe a radio? Have fun and Happy Camping!
twice as much rope as you think you need to hang:
tarps sufficient to waterproof your tents and make an outdoor porch for the.
outdoor toys like horsehoes and crochet
a frisbee
if you have a dog, a leash with a screw in anchor
tablecloth (bird poop)
lantern
pocket food, like hardboiled eggs and trail mix…
MARSHMALLOWS! (maybe fixin’s for smores?)
adequate knives for stick sharpening
tinder, like a newspaper – you can usually buy wood, but what about starting the fire?
