The price on a brand new mattress is going to vary widely depending on the quality level you are looking for. If you are looking for a bed that you are going to sleep on every night, I wouldn’t suggest going below $500-$600. I wouldn’t go too much below something like this:

well if you are going for low end, i know stores that sell ‘em for $300
i’ve seen stores sell so called top of the line for $2500
you could do this for around 350. but to get a nice finished queen sized then you are really looking between 550 and 800. with higher prices for route iron hand made ext. if you do dissed to treat yourself then try taking a look at the iron bed company in Sussex. you could be hooked!
You will want to get a good Mattress that will last along with a matching boxspring. You should expect to spend $750-$1500 for something nice.
