What do Canadian infantry soldiers sleep in and how long do they get to sleep per day?

At bases are they required to sleep in uniform or do they (males) get boxers and shirt? Can you Rome around on base at night if you want or are you required to stay in your sleeping quarters? Do bases have bars? How long can they sleep?
