How can i sleep long hours and not get disturbed while sleeping?

By long hours , I’m referring to probably about 11-12hours. I’m 14 this year , and it’s holiday season now I’m bored from playing games and don’t really feel like leaving my house. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how could i sleep 11-12hours a day?

I know you don’t want to go out but really hard exercise (and you’re young enough) in fresh air is really tiring. Also you can try some white noise (such as a fan) to block out noise. Maybe you could get your folks to buy you a natural product by the name of Melatonin. GNC (health store) has some that is a time release so that you don’t wake up in the middle of the night.
drink milk it helps you sleep it helped me
do sports so you are tired.
but 12 is long. most people need to pie before 12 hours are past~!
Sounds like u want to sleep for long time then lock ur room’s door and hang a do not disturb tag on yor door’s front side
You should have proper sleep but not excess sleep you might have heard the saying
Early to bed and early to rise
makes healthy wealthy and wise
If u sleep excess it will make you fatter, weaker and unfit so dont do it
Keep the room cold or cool
Run a fan or some other source of white noise.
Sleep like a baby.
