Well anyone could replace the mattress (that is not hard) The bed itself is expensive part. (its motorized). I just was thinking there might be someone, who could not afford one, who could use it.
I’m working on creating a wedding registry and my fiance and I are having a hard time with choosing bedding. I’ve heard that polyester gets pills on it over time and that high thread count cotton, doesn’t pill as easily. The problem is, I’ve only been able to find polyester comforters that we both like. The cotton ones are all plain solid colors and we wanted something a little more traditional like a jaquard print in a slate blue and platinum or champagne. Is polyester okay for comforters? They seem awfully expensive to be cheaply made. The sets we like (that include the comforter, shams, and bedskirt) are ranging around 0-300 for a queen size set. Is that pretty average or can we find nice cotton sets in similar patterns for the same price? I’ve never bought nice bedding before. We’ve only had hand-me-downs and clearance bed-in-a-bag sets in the past. Any advice?

I somehow got lucky and my dad’s friend is giving away his queen size sleep number bed for free! There’s nothing wrong with it, the guy and his wife just didn’t like it. Anyways, what kind of bed frame do I use? Any queen size frame?

I have a twin (single) mattress bed now. My brother had the same one, but recently just got am queen size. So we put his old mattress in storage. I was thinking that instead of buying a new mattress, I could just put mine and his together on a bigger frame. Does anyone know what size bed frame that would be? And if it would work pretty well? I have a 1997 Lz z Boy sleeper soafer queen size that I brought for my studio apt in downtown San Antonio, Tx. I t is in excellent shape and the mattress is a good mattress from lz z Boy, I am trying to make it even better. I was told a mattress pad, or foam mattress topping, or a feather bed will work, called around and now I am totally confused lol. Please help! I am 6’1 200 lbs and looking to make the bed as comfortable and plush as possible.

I have a queen size watress with 2 box springs under it rather then a normal frame. Can I put a over size king duvet on it (King: 108 x 92 in., 55 oz. of Hungarian white goose down). Would it still look good?
i have a nice queen size plastic (not rubber i don’t think) blow-up mattress bed and it loses it’s air through the night. I saw a couple tiny pin-like holes, but there might even be more of them. Could this Fix-A-Flat spray work while putting air into the mattress?
